Initial Visit
Our process begins with a free consultation where we take the time to listen to your vision, needs, and ideas for your home remodel.
We will provide on-site feedback and follow up with a detailed proposal for your review. Should you choose to move forward with us, we transition into the design phase.

Follow Up
Please allow 3-5 days for us to send a proposal via email for your proposed work.
After we send your proposal, if you have any questions we will do our best to address promptly.
Design Phase
To keep your project budget-friendly, we do not employ in-house designers as a design-build firm would; however, we are happy to offer guidance and suggestions drawn from our years of experience, and can recommend trusted local designers as needed.
For bathroom remodels, we work alongside local vendors who can assist with the design process, and for kitchen remodels
For kitchen remodels, we collaborate with a dedicated designer who helps each client select and coordinate their cabinet choices.
Once the design direction is established, we develop a comprehensive plan that outlines how your project will unfold from start to finish. At the heart of everything we do is clear, consistent communication. If there is ever a detail we are uncertain about, we ask — and we encourage our clients to do the same. Our goal is to have the vast majority of decisions finalized before work ever begins, so that when your project kicks off, we can move forward with confidence and momentum. Throughout construction, we remain in close contact to ensure everyone stays aligned, and should any unexpected circumstances arise, we address them openly and work together to find the best solution.
