L&R Contractors is a licensed and insured general contractor for the state of Virginia and based out of Arlington, Virginia. Maryland and DC licenses coming soon! When renovating with L&R Contractors you have peace of mind that you are not just receiving the best value, but also working with a company who genuinely cares and respects your home and family. During our initial consultation we will discuss materials, design options and your time frame. Once your estimate has been completed, you have the option to sit down and review it with your estimator or have it sent via email. Once we have decided to work together we aid in the material selection process and work closely to make sure your project is set up for success. Depending upon the situation we can meet you at locations to view materials or we can send you a list of vendors. If all you know is that you want a new bathroom or kitchen, then we will design it for you once we have an idea of your design likes and dislikes. We are here to make the renovation process as streamlined and painless as possible! |

Something that is difficult to teach is the ability to care about other people. After we complete your bid, if we are over budget, we will happily work with you to adjust as necessary and still make certain that you will have the perfect end product.
