Homeowners had just sold their townhouse and wanted to renovate their newly purchased condo. We had a lot of work ahead of us and we had the pleasure of having the opportunity of giving them a home to live in for years to come.
We replaced all of the cabinets and tile flooring in the kitchen and foyer.
Part of the wall between the kitchen and living room was opened up in order to have a bar top, add light to the kitchen, and open the area up.
Refrigerator was relocated to a more functional position for the kitchen.
All of the carpet in the condo was removed and glue down engineered flooring was installed.
The smaller bathroom was an 80's bathroom that was gutted and everything installed new with 2x1 planks on the floor, subway tile on the shower walls.
Master bathroom had a wall removed that separated the vanity and shower area to make the bathroom more open. Bathtub was removed and standing shower with frameless shower glass was installed. Niches were also installed in the shower area with mosaic tile.
