Bathroom was kept the same size but everything except for drywall was removed and replaced. Floating vanity installed. Portion of entryway between vanity and shower area was removed. Travertine tile on walls and Limestone on floors. Medicine cabinet removed, drywalled and custom glass shelves installed. Exhaust fan installed above window. Client needed more space in her bathroom so we added about 7' to the length of the bathroom. Moved all of the pluming from the standalone shower to the new location where the bathtub would be. All new drywall, electrical and some plumbing. Location of toilet and vanity was not altered. Custom shelves were constructed in corner to utilize every inch of the bathroom that we could.
Standard 5x8 bathroom gutted and everything installed new. We changed the color scheme to make the bathroom feel larger, flow better and also to match with existing iron vanity and granite sink. We also framed out a couple niches. Porcelain tile for the floor and ceramic tile for the walls.
Two bathrooms were remodeled for the same client. The first bathroom was a standard 5x8 where everything was gutted and replaced. First Bathroom is the first 5 photos. The second bathroom was the master bathroom which had a door separating the vanity area and the shower area. There was also nothing separating the vanity from the rest of the bathroom. We removed the wall separating the vanity and the shower area and then built a wall with a door that would allow all of the bathroom to be separate from the bedroom.
Master bathroom with standalone shower and drop in tub remodeled. No plumbing or electric moved. Bathroom was just dated and we were happy to provide a the homeowner with a new master bathroom!
Standard 5x7 bathroom was gutted and everything was installed in the same place. Mirror stayed the same. Homeowner just wanted to give the bathroom a fresh look without breaking the bank.
We do not have the before photos for this project as they have been misplaced but this bathroom was a standard rip and replace for a 5x8 bathroom. Homeowner was on a tight budget and therefore purchased all of the materials after we gave her the proper measurements and we did our job of making it look beautiful.
Homeowner in condo wanted to convert bathtub into shower area. Once we removed the bathtub we were limited in our ability to move the drain so we had to make the curb for the shower higher than normal. The homeowner wanted to have everything white we we did white tiles with variations in design in size. After completion, the bathroom appeared larger due to the nature of making everything in the bathroom a lighter color.
Homeowner had tile removed in both bathrooms due to leak from toilet. We replaced tile in both bathrooms and painted both bathrooms.
